Ingredients
- ½ cup softened butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped or ground
- 1 cup flour
- Confectioners sugar
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Directions
- Beat butter until soft
- Add sugar and vanilla and blend until creamy
- Stir pecans and flour into the butter mixture
- Roll the dough into small balls
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes (note they don’t brown much)
- Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm
