  • 250 g coconut
  • 250 g grilled and ground sesame seeds
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Some salt
  • 60 g black chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • A sachet of baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • Icing sugar


  1. Combine the four eggs along with the sugar and some salt in a bowl and mix them well (preferably with your bare hands as we do)
  2. Add baking powder and keep stirring
  3. Add sesame..  mix
  4. Add cocoa powder.. mix
  5. Add coconut.. mix
  6. Finally, put on the black chocolate after you melt them and keep mixing until the mixture thickens.
  7. Take bits and simply roll them into round shapes
  8. Coat them with icing sugar.
  9. Optional:  you can add Pistachios or cacao beans on top of each
  10. Bake 170° C for 15 minutes
